ACES of Jacksonville, Inc. is promoting web hosting services for NEW Customers that are interested in receiving FREE WEB HOSTING service on a 6 month or 12 month contract agreement. The customer receives standard web hosting features and the Opportunity to pick from 4 hosting packages being offered. Further description of web hosting packages is available at the bottom of this page. 

Web hosting services includes the integration Online Database and Ecommerce Shopping cart.

This promotion is for web hosting services, web design, application development or web marketing services are not included in promotion but are available if desired on a paid by service bases:

6 MONTH CUSTOMERS: GET 2 MONTHS OF FREE HOSTING! (excludes hosting fee)

12 MONTH CUSTOMERS: GET 3 MONTHS OF FREE HOSTING! (excludes hosting fee)

SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY: 

This service is offered to customers that do not have websites with adult related content or questionable related services. ACES reserves the right to deny any customer the right to this promotion without reason. 

6 MONTH CUSTOMERS:

Customer agrees to pay setup fees for hosting service and four months of hosting service. The last two months of hosting service is free. 

12 MONTH CUSTOMERS:

Customer agrees to pay setup fees for hosting service and nine months of hosting service. The last three months of hosting service is free.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT:
Customer agrees to allow ACES the permission to place at the bottom of home page a link stating POWERED BY ACES of JACKSONVILLE, Inc. and affiliate links at the top of home page. Links must stay on home pg the length of hosting services. Deletion or movement of links from initial placement will cause immediate termination of hosting service without reason. Customer further agrees to fill-out, sign and honor the online contract form for the length of hosting service.

During the length of contract if the customer decides to upgrade or downgrade hosting service, customer jeopardizes his free web hosting service. Customer can change service but based on complexity of revisions may render service fees to be administered. If the customer terminates hosting service, setup fees and paid hosting fees are not refundable. If the customer terminates service during a paid hosting month, customer is responsible to pay in FULL service for that month.

Customer must pay in advance setup fees and 1st month of hosting fee to enroll in this promotion. Web hosting fees are due 1st of the month, late fees are assessed if payment is not received by this date. Customer jeopardizes his free web hosting service if payment is not received in a timely manner. ACES reserves the right to deny any customer the right to FREE WEB HOSTING if payment is not received by the 1st of the month. 

Setup fees indicated are for connectivity to ACES server. Customers that require Online Database integration and E-commerce shopping cart connectivity may require additional consideration and fees. Customers will be notified of additional fees for this service. 

The last month of contract customer is responsible for notifying ACES in writing intent of continued web hosting service on a paid bases. If ACES does not receive written notification ACES will terminate hosting at the end of last month without warning.
