Example: Bill’s Auto Repair does not have e-mail at his shop and he couldn't care less about having it. But, Bill does have a fax machine. With this fax machine, Bill will be able to receive information regularly from his website visitors. Visitors to Bill’s website click on the e-mail link provided on his website to send what they assume to be an e-mail message to Bill.
